Tai Chi Class
Information:
Classes are held on
Wednesday nights and run for at least 90 minutes.
We work to a 10
week term (Usually in step with the school terms).
Cost
per term is $90 or $75 concession.
Tai Chi Merchandise is
available through the
school.
We have Tai Chi Plus T-shirts,
dragon pants,
tai chi videos,
music, swords and fans.
No uniform is
required, students can train in whatever clothes they feel
comfortable in.
Information handouts
are regularly available
to
students
at no charge.
Tai Chi
Plus also organize tours to Penang and China each year plus tai
chi workshops and park lessons each term.
Park Lessons are free and available to everybody. They
are a great opportunity to improve on skills learned during the
term and it adds another dimension to your tai chi doing it
outdoors.
Tai Chi Plus

Whether
you just need to get the body moving again properly once a week
or you have World Championship aspirations. From arthritis or
fibromyalgia management to taking tai chi as a serious martial
art.
